The Travis County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Ronald Glen Falkquay, 31, on a murder warrant for a shooting July 17 at the Dessau Mini Mart, a gas station at 12915 Dessau Rd.
Deputies responded to 911 calls at that location on July 17. They found a victim lying on the ground in the parking lot, who later died at a local hospital.
The Dessau Mini Mart is on the Austin City line, though it’s technically outside the city limit, which puts it in the jurisdiction of the county sheriff.
TCSO said in a statement today that deputies also arrested Sista Christina Fabian, 33, and charged her with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. Previosuly, TCSO said that witnesses saw the murder suspect get into a car with a female passenger.
Attorney information is not listed online yet for Falkquay and Fabian.
The Dessau Road shooting was the third homicide since May 31 in the unincorporated area between Austin and Pflugerville, including a stabbing on Howard Lane and a shooting near Wells Branch Parkway.
